When your mind won’t quiet and your heart feels heavy, therapy can help you come up for air.

Anxiety and depression don’t always show up loudly. Sometimes they sound like overthinking every conversation, a constant undercurrent of guilt, or feeling numb in moments you’re supposed to enjoy. Sometimes they look like holding it all together on the outside while slowly unraveling inside.

If you're someone who tends to be the strong one, the helper, the one others lean on—you might not even realize how much you're carrying. But that doesn’t mean you have to carry it alone.

Whether you feel stuck in self-doubt, overwhelmed by worry, or simply disconnected from yourself, our work together can help you reconnect to a sense of calm, clarity, and self-compassion.

Individual therapy helps replace just surviving with thriving.

My Approach to Treating Anxiety & Depression

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and nervous system, integrating evidence-based approaches like:

  • EMDR to help release past experiences that keep you stuck in fear, shame, or hypervigilance.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to understand the parts of you that protect, perform, or self-criticize—and gently support their healing.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift the thought patterns that reinforce anxiety and depression.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore the role of emotional disconnection in your internal and relational life

Together, we’ll build a space where you can soften the pressure, speak the unsaid, and begin to feel more like you again.

What Healing Can Look Like

  • Learning to say “no” without spiraling into guilt

  • Feeling more grounded in your body and present in your life

  • Quieting your inner critic and relating to yourself with more compassion

  • Reconnecting to joy, meaning, and desire—not just survival

  • Setting boundaries that honor you, not just keep others happy

Therapy won’t erase your feelings—but it can help you move through them with more support, understanding, and self-trust.
