You don’t have to hold it all together to deserve rest.

You’ve spent so much of your life showing up for others—being the dependable one, the peacemaker, the caretaker.

On the outside, it may look like you’re managing just fine. But inside, you’re tired. Anxious. Maybe even resentful.

Therapy is where we begin to shift that story.

At Reverent Relational Therapy, individual therapy is a space created just for you. A space to be messy, honest, curious, and cared for without needing to perform or please. This is your time to explore who you are beneath all the roles you’ve had to carry.

Individual therapy helps replace just surviving with thriving.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like

I bring a warm, grounded presence to therapy and use a blend of evidence-based, compassionate approaches to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Here's how we might work together:

  • You are not one single story. IFS allows us to gently explore the different “parts” of you—the inner critic, the perfectionist, the exhausted caretaker—and understand how they’ve been trying to protect you.

We’ll work toward internal harmony, helping you lead your life from a centered, compassionate place rather than from parts stuck in fear or survival mode.

  • EMDR is short for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

Sometimes, old experiences get stuck in your nervous system, replaying through anxiety, shame, or self-doubt. EMDR helps your brain and body reprocess painful memories so they lose their emotional charge.

It’s a powerful, proven method for trauma, and also helpful for anyone who feels trapped by past experiences or limiting beliefs.

  • While often used in couples work, EFT is just as powerful in individual therapy. Together, we’ll explore how your early relationships shaped your attachment patterns—how you seek safety, connection, or avoid vulnerability—and begin to reshape those patterns so you can feel more secure in your relationships and within yourself.

  • If you often find yourself stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overthinking, or people-pleasing, CBT can help you identify the thought patterns driving those responses.

We’ll gently uncover the beliefs you’ve internalized—like “I can’t afford to take a break” or “I can’t say no” and work on shifting them into something more compassionate and true.

Along the way, I’ll offer practical tools you can take into your everyday life, so you can respond to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm with more clarity and confidence.

This Space Is For You If:

  • You’re a people-pleaser who feels burnt out and unseen

  • You’re a new parent grieving your former self or overwhelmed by the weight of responsibility

  • You’re a caretaker who’s forgotten how to care for yourself

  • You're really good at maintaining the status quo, but struggle with change

  • You struggle with perfectionism, low self-worth or criticism

  • You long for more self-trust, boundaries, and internal validation
