  • A typical session is 50 minutes. The length of therapy sessions may increase to allow for more extensive treatment at an additional fee if desired; however, I reserve the right to decline requests for modifying session lengths.

  • Acceptable forms of payment are by credit, debit, or FSA/HSA card. Payment is due at the time of service, and I will bill you automatically for your session fee following the appointment.

  • I accept PacificSource Health Plans, Aetna and OHP.

    I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies and use a third-party service called Thrizer to help clients access their out-of-network benefits to make accessing care easier for clients. I am also able to provide a "Superbill" for sessions paid by clients out-of-pocket to seek reimbursement from their insurance. I can provide an insurance benefits check for you to check the details of your benefits if you would like.

  • You may request an appointment by filling out the Contact form at the bottom of the page or emailing me at kasey@reverenttherapy.com.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask you to do so by providing at least a 48-hour notice. If a scheduled appointment time is missed or canceled without giving a 48-hour notice, you will receive a charge of a $100 missed or late canceled session fee.

  • Initial phone consultations are 15 minutes and are a helpful way to determine if we are a good fit for each other in a therapeutic relationship.

  • I offer video and phone sessions and in-person sessions at my office. It’s important to note that I require video sessions for the first intake appointment to assess mental status accurately.

  • I do not prescribe medications.

  • I am dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon. Additionally, I am an EMDR Certified Therapist by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and have been practicing EMDR since 2020.
